Citizens of GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council; Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates) do not need visa to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  Citizens of all other countries require visa to enter Saudi Arabia (issued outside the Kingdom). 

 

In order to expedite the visa process, please complete the Visa Biodata Form and mail it before the October 15, 2011 deadline.  During the Hajj season, Saudi Embassies are very busy; hence it is advisable to obtain visa well ahead of the Hajj holidays.
